This will create a return shipping label for you to send your item(s) back. We will issue you store credit once it's been received and processed, minus shipping. Allow 5-7 days after delivery for processing.
If you have received an incorrect item that doesn’t match your original order or your item(s) is damaged when received, you MUST email returns@jelizabethhelp.zendesk.com within 3 days of receiving the order. Please send pictures of wrong/damaged item(s) when emailing us. Once approved we will give you a Return Authorization number along with a prepaid shipping label to make your return. Please download the return form and include in package as well. Once item(s) is received, we will process your return and issue a store credit or refund.
We do not reship/refund orders that are reported as missing later than 30 days after the estimated delivery time
